- Weather & Safety Cancellations: Charters are cancelled or postponed at no cost only if the Captain deems conditions unsafe due to heavy winds, lightning, or severe rain.

- Caribbean Weather Conditions: Please note that light or isolated showers are a natural part of island life and do not constitute grounds for cancellation; our crew will always seek out the best conditions across the island for your group.

- Route Adaptability: Should wind speed or direction impact access to specific sites like the Sandbar, your Captain will navigate to beautiful alternative destinations such as Starfish Point or Rum Point to ensure your day remains enjoyable.

- Refund Policy: Once a charter has commenced, refunds cannot be issued for weather changes or a group's decision to return to the dock early, provided conditions remain safe.

- Reservations & Inclusions: Rates are subject to change, and your booking is officially confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

- Standard Amenities: Every excursion includes a professional Captain and crew, full snorkeling equipment, bottled water, sodas, and ice.
